Konditoriet blev hurtigt ken…&#039;</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>Boiesens Conditori blev grundlagt i 1878 af [[Hans Boiesen]] på [[Torvegade]], konditoriet var dog en kort overgang placeret på [[Kirketorvet]].<br /> <br /> Konditoriet blev hurtigt kendt for sine gode kager og de fine og kunstfærdige figurer i marcipan, som konditor Hans Boiesen kunne fremstille, et håndværk han havde lært da han var på valsen i Tyskland.<br /> <br /> Fra 1909 blev grundlæggerens søn [[Trolle Boiesen]] medindhaver, han blev eneindehaver af konditoriet i 1920 da hans far døde, og i 1946 optog han to af sine sønner [[Herluf Boiesen]] og [[Palle Boiesen]] i forretningen, de overtog konditoriet i 1956.<br /> <br /> Konditor [[Preben Boiesen]] var 4. og sidste generation af indehavere i det traditionsrige konditori, han var blevet optaget i firmaet i 1972 og overtog det fuldstændigt i 1976.
